i'd never had cabbage before and i saw it at the farmers market and tried it and eww it was sooo acidic. is there anyway that i should have eaten this besides alone and raw? or is it just my taste for it wasnt there?
it's green. how do i cook it so i can try it? i prob sound so naive about this stuff, but i come from a family of carnivours, so i dont know how to cook fruits and vegetables unless i learn from outside sources.
Just boil it untill it becomes soft and it will be lighter in color. I do that and and then add some salt to it.....or you can make "cabbage soup" if you like it enough. The recipe is on the net if just google it.
