Im Getting A Super Beetle!!!!!

my moms buying me a 71 super beetle!!!! IM SO FREAKIN EXCITED!!!! I just need seat covers, the interior is crappy, any patterns or ideas on where or how to get them?

my first car was a yellow 71 superbeetle. it was badass. i still miss it. i know there are several mail order catalogs that specifically sell vw parts and accessories. we used to get them, but i can't remember what they were called (sorry.) they had all kinds of cool things to fix up your beetle, although they were pricey.
i always wanted to redo the headliner on my beetle with fake fur, but i never got around to it...
anyway, congrats. you'll have fun in it.

 

Congratulations! I used have a 73 super beetle but I sold it to buy my VW bus. I miss it and I want another beetle some day. I love that little buzzing sound they make as they are cruising down the road.

ahhhhhhhh soooo jelous!! i want a beatle soooo much! there was a crazy purple and silver one on sale for £300 near me, but as my dad said, it probably didn't actually have an engine
