    Here's the story; A friend of mine is opening up a store called "Homegrown" in the resort I work at. It will feature handmade goodies like jewelry, clothing, pipes, etc. She wants me to make clothing and jewelry and anything else I can make for the store! :) We had a meeting the other morning, I showed her some of my work and designs, and mentioned that I need a serger for a more professional look. After my meeting, my boss told me she would give me her serger!!!For free!!! Just cause she likes me so much. :) I feel like everything I've dreamed of is finally coming together. Life is good.

    Thnks mamas. I bought over 10 meters of fabric the other day! I found some awesome faerie fabric to sew a skirt for my daughter and some tie dye fabric for a pair of wrap pants for me, as well as some cotton broadcloth for some spron tops and panel skirts. I'll post some pics when I'm done.
