crikey, thats a mouthful!

anyway, with a few of us going to Glastonbury this year, and wanting to meet uo etc. etc., i thought it might be nice to meet up in a chat room and discuss where to meet, camping areas and the suchlike.

I thought about Hip chat, but you can't creat private rooms and its often very crowded! So here's something to try:

There's an optin right in the top right hand corner "try our private chats!" where you can set upa room for you and your friends only. CLicking on the link leads you to a page where you type in your username and a password.

I'll set the password as "glasto" , but when should we all chat? whens a good time?

rosie, i am taking my phone but due to exams i cant get there till friday so it would be best to ring kelso who im presuming is taking his phone..

hey rosie! I shall have my phone, but battery and credit are questionable.

if you're coming up on the first day, its fairly likely you'll be able to get through to me though, but im not sure it last much longer than friday. but kat is right, might be wise to have other phone numbers too, as both of the groups are going to be so large its quite possible the forums and us will not be able to camp together, so keep Sals number at hand as well...we will surely be nearby at the very least though, i am keeping my hopes up

I should be there at about 2pm on wednesday. I'm gonna aim to meet Danny and Ellie at Castle Cary previously, then should be at Glasto at about 2. I'll give you a ring Kelse, then if you would be so kind as to meet us at the gate, we can start up a camp near yours. If anyone wants to know my mobile number, please PM me and I'll give it to you, then I'll be happy to meet you just inside the gate when you arrive and lead you to our camp....

you can get your phone charged in glastonbury so bringing charger is a good idea

Right, I'll take Sal's and Jonny's numbers sometime soon, think I still have Kat's and Kelse's, so I will hopefully be able to get through to someone! Think I'm going to steal a spare battery out of my bro's phone, so I'll be set for the weekend
I won't be able to camp with you guys coz the girl I'm going with's boyfriend is putting our tent up for us before we get there, so I don't have much choice in the matter, but I'm guessing I'll be spending most of my time with you guys as I'll feel like a bit of a spare part if its just me, my mate and her boyfriend.

I am also coming to Glastonbury and I will be arriving there with drinkupyourcider on Wednesday and like last year I would love to meet up with you guys.. If you want my number please PM me... I think Sal already has my number but I shall PM you with it again Sal and I think Kat also has my number bu I can PM it to you also I am really looking forward to this years festival and meeting you all those I have meyt before and those I have yet to meet

I'll give you my number, give me a ring when you get inside the gate at Glasto, through the ticket barriers, and I'll come and meet you and guide you to our camp. I should be getting into Glasto about 2pm Wednesday. Kelse should be meeting me at the gate so I can set up the hipforums camp near to his friends camp site....
