Name this program?

Netscape has/had an HTML editor or creator program. Anyone know what it's called? It IS a netscape product. And I'm told it's FREEWARE.

Okay. Kiddo is right. That was it. Anyone know where it can be had by itself? She doesn't like the browser. (Although we all know she doesn't have to USE the browser.)
