   Hey, I'm not forking over the bucks for the fillmore BUT Rock the Earth has a benefit Wed nite before WC starts.
   Shanti Groove and Pete Wernick (Hot Rize) and tix are $12 before day and $15 at door. Pete's a legend and Shanti Groove will be. Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom, Welton Street on light rail!
