Looks, intelligence and morals/values are very important to me. If a girl has a nice laugh, smile or other gesture, that can really do it for me as well.
I can't stand (excessively) selfish or bossy women. Or consumeristic women either really - I find them pathologically boring and superficial!

Hair is almost always the first thing i notice about a girl, the longer the better in my opinion.

Intelligence and a good sense of humour aswell.

I had a similar problem a while back, until I thought about it logically.

She wants to talk about sex, you want to talk about something else. Thus, the way to solve this problem is to tie whatever you want to talk about into sex. For example, instead of saying "I had to take my motorcycle to the mechanic's place today because the engine was vibrating funnily", say "I had to take my motorcycle to the mechanic's today, because it was throbbing like a huge, erect penis".

It'll be harder than a raging erection to come up with ideas for ways to tie certain subjects together for a while, but you'll get used to it eventually.

As I said, I had the same problem...luckily, I'm one of the greatest minds of the 21st century, so the solution came quicker than a man with premature ejaculation getting a blow job from a vacuum cleaner. All I can say is good luck, and tie those subjects together as tightly as a Dominatrix ties her victims to a four poster bed.
