im just paranoid.my plants were growing fine but i was cultivating the soil and saw these tiny, tiny bugs crawling around.havent seen any damaged leaves or stalks and i havent seen any flying bugs at all.i have never seen a bug like this.no picture i see looks like it.it does live in the soil,it does not grow wings,or crawl up the plant stalk it is only in the soil.

use diatomaceous earth, a powder you sprinkle on the soil and it injures/disables crawling insects and is a totally organic practice (not chemical). b1
