I've only had marijuana in very small amounts, like a joint or whatever. So, my question is, how long does Marijuana last? If I were to buy a lot, when does it start to go bad?

"One of the best storage methods for any plant material is to dry it thoroughly at a low temperature, then store it sealed in a glass jar like a mason jar. As long as it stays dry this will generally keep molds from growing."

my parents store like dried parsley for long periods (usually until its used up). I suppose weed is probably the same way.

Then I suppose the next question is, "What is the longest period of time that you have stored marijuana without it losing it's power or becoming funky?"

Bud doesn't really "lose it's power" or go "bad". It get less potent over time, and it gets dry as hell making it burn faster and taste harsher, but chances are if it's still green it'll still get ya stoned.

well, ive never had to store it, neither has it gone bad on me. I only keep my weed maybe a day, cause its gone by then.

No! Bad idea! dried pot is still full of moisture. Putting it into a jar to store, is a extreme oversimplification. (Curing). You must properly seal it, and make sure to open the jar about 20 minutes a day to let escaped condensation out of the jar. Trust me. If you want to store pot, get an old humidor at a cigar store, and leave it loose in the box. Notice you dont keep cigars in jars. Ive lost ounces upon ounces messing up wth curing.

Let's say a million pounds. If I put it on the table, would it be okay for say, 6 months?
