Tool is one of my top 5 favorites. None of their albums sucked even a tiny bit. They really fuckin got me hooked after Aenema and now I have all thier albums. And if you like tool, I have heard some very interesting and cool shit from A Perfect Circle. Maynard didn't disappoint there in my opinon.

if you dig all of tools albums, pick up salival. it is hard to find nowadays, but it is a cd/dvd or cd/vhs combo....you won't be dissapointed.

I always find that hard to say. they arent exactly progressive metal.. but they arent prog rock either. but there is obviously something progressive about their music.

    INTENSE!!

That's the word I have for TOOL. Maynard has one of the best and most intense voices in rock -- ever.

    Great, great band.

LATERALUS .... isnt as hard as Aenima, but man what an album it has all the right stuff. you cant go wrong with TOOL
I think as TOOL progressed through the four and a half albums, Opiate is really only half an album, they grew into one of the most musically intellegent bands that there is IMHO.
get LATERALUS smoke something, if your into that and put it on the headphones you'll be blown away :sunglasse
