    no no no. I'm certain it's "amaste"

    Edit: I just read that thing the person above me posted and I guess that's it (thanks person above me!:) ) But I could have sworn I've heard people say "amaste"

    I saw it somewhere, I think in a movie. then one of my friends said it and he said it was an indian thing

    the only thing i know that's close to amaste (never her amaste) is namaste, and as i think patrick (soullesschaos) said, it's an indian greeting of respect

    the oxford dictonairy online said it doesn't exist...so it can't be english
