goodness, i sure am dying for some clam chowder. there is no seafood i won't eat in my chowder. blessed be, but my is it good to eat some chowder. peace.
I agree.... Wish I had a good recipe. That Chunky Soup clam chouder is awesome with a little lemon/pepper seasoning...
There are thousands of chowder recipes out there, but for me the key is to balance the cream with the chilli and the smokiness of the bacon. I love the real ocean flavor you get from big, meaty quahogs. Promise that you won't overcook them. Nothing was better than clam chowder on the beach on a windy day.
