I think you've made an interesting observation.

A grower needs much more blood to enter his penis to make it hard. More blood needed for the standard length to become hard and even more needed as he grows. Of course blood pressure fluctuates though by how much, I dont know. I've never really considered measuring my blood pressure when I'm preparing for erection through to when I have one.

That said, my gp has explained to me before that a guy with an exceptionally long erect penis can feel a bit woozy or even faint if it requires blood that reduces blood pressure and there isn't enough for the brain.

I would guess that is a metric number, if it was inches that would be a few inches to spare. I never had that luxury.
