IRC chat

I DLed Mirc 3.5 and it works beautifully..... (3.5 is 100% free,no nagging,etc)

3.5 is the earliest one I found that will still connect.......

Its pretty small and is excellent!

irc.prison.net is still up and many people on it.....

Its amazing.. Most chat networks are gone now but IRC is still up!!

Anyone else ever use IRC?

That's funny I looked at Mirc 3.5 and they wanted $20.

Don't know how to get the free one.

That's crazy. Never imagined it still worked. Used mIRC lots in the late 90's and early 2000's. Pretty much the only way we communicated with friends (outside of school), especially ones from other communities.
