I am almost always naked at home. It’s not hard to do, but if you’re asking how to do it and it’s something new to you there is a number of ways to start. First and the easiest way is to start off sleeping naked. In the morning when you get up start doing your morning routine nude, I.e. morning coffee, shower, making the bed. Then you can progress from there.

Lol, my wife had no problem with it, we have been to nudist resorts. She really didn’t go nude around the house but she would never wear a bra or panties just a T shirt. If your wife is not into then you will need to have a discussion with her and maybe seek a compromise. As a side note, once I found out I liked being nude, I stopped wearing underwear. I dress appropriate to wherever I am going like out to dinner or work but if I am just running out to pick something up just throw some baggy shorts
The kids have moved out in my case, so I do try to have a fair amount of naked time. My wife isn't as comfortable with casual nudity as she once was, so I make sure I "get caught" by her as often as I can. When I am able to do that, I try to engage her in conversation for as long as possible, standing in front of her naked.
I love it….. when conditions permitted. When I first got together with my current wife, We agreed that we would always sleep nude. That worked for a couple of years, until her son (my son) developed a phobia of thunderstorms, and would come banging on our bedroom door in the middle of the night….. with his flashlight. He wanted to sleep with us…WTF? a chaotic moment trying to get some clothes on….. so he ruined that for us. when the kids were away. We would be nude….. Skinny-dipping was a lot of fun. Now days, the only time that I am naked around the house is when she is off on a girls weekend, or something similar.
