As I may have said here, for a couple of years now I have been making myself cucumber water. It is delicious, and so easy to make. Half a cucumber, don't peel. Put slices in a pitcher of water in the fridge (slicing them right into the pitcher saves on time and washing utensiles). In an hour it's ready and it is good. Inexpensive, low-calorie and good. But I just tried the same thing a couple of days ago with onion. Onion water. I do not like it at all. And now I am left with a pitcher of it.

I think I might put some apple cider vinegar in it to improve the taste. But in four days it has to go.

I must admit I don't think I would ever try onion water , However I do like cucumber water and I like it with a few fresh sprigs of mint and on occasions add Chia seeds to the Cucumber, mint water.
