Nice place to visit; a wedding in Sheffield, visited friends in New Marlboro, Housatanic. Stockbridge, where we saw the original Alice's Restaurant and the Church which is now The Guthrie Center, The Norman Rockwell, & The Clark museums.
The original route where Gen. Knox dragged the cannon from Ticonderoga to Boston.
    A bit of Appalachian Trail.
    Beautiful outdoors.

Great fun! I lived in that area (Falls Village, CT) just across the border from Alice's. Had sandwiches there a few times, but never saw Arlo until they filmed "Alice's Restaurant." I was in the background (not on film) watching them do the cemetery scene when they sang Amazing Grace. They had to redo it at least six times to get it right!
