My Views On Charlie Kirk.

Tyler’s father, Matt Robinson, has served with the Washington County Sheriff’s department for 27 years. Lance Twiggs parents are also conservative Christians and probably Republicans too.

Perhaps if trans, gays, minorities were not victimized and scapegoated so much by Conservatives, Christians, Republicans, the far-right, their schoolmates, and the rest of society, they wouldn't have to fight back this way, because the ballot box is useless anymore, esp. for minorities.

For sure, the white upper class has so little to complain about in their personal lives. And so they play the victim all the time, in order to justify attacking others, because such culture issues gets self-righteous Christians all riled up so they go vote, often against their own interests, and in this case against their own children.

I think that killing, whilst devastatingly sad for his family, is merely a symptom of the problem. Focusing on it won't fix anything but may, I think, - in the minds of those who want to ramp things up - give them a sense of justification to do so.

I hope there'll be no more but I won't be surprised if there are - and potential retaliatory events too - each of which (regardless of who does it), will be used to justify even more deplorable stuff.

Has this administration fixed the migration issue?!
Has this administration fixed the US economy and improved lives for any US citizens, beyond giving some a perception of improvement?
Has this administration fixed the situation in Ukraine? I think his proposed 24hrs is up!
And Gaza isn't anywhere close to being fixed and the US administration could've done so.
And then there's tariffs; a pathetic pawn in his metaphorical arsenal, to fool his supporters that it's others' fault that the cost of living, job numbers, economy in general are so bad.

I hope the mid-term elections bring change.

 

The media is now very focused on the motivation. Meanwhile they're ignoring completely the rabid words that came from Kirk's mouth over the years that prompted his slaying.

They're going for the death penalty for Tyler. The left and LGBT people will have a martyr if he's gets that sentence.

If anything his conservative, religious upbringing clashed with the reality of the feelings he had for his transitioning lover.

And Charlie Kirk was the perfect target for his passionate rage about Charlie's anti-lgbt vomit, not necessarily all his other right-wing views. I bet that's as close to the truth as anybody's gonna get.

 

I basically thought the guy was a racist prick, a misogynist, a right wing tool---however , this next one is how I feel about the shooting of Kirk. I clicked off two commercials in about 4 seconds each . This shit can spin out of control. They had not caught the shooter at the time of the following video. Is this the direction of how we want politics to go now?

 

I have to admit that I had not even heard of Mr. Kirk prior to his death. In California we have an organization in the central valley traveling around to Universities spouting warped views of our society. Lying about current issues is not free speech and should be monitored by the University. I thought that events at Universities should be an opportunity for the students to gather and discuss current events that impact their lives. Universities apparently are now inviting outsiders employed by the left or right wing extremists to try to brainwash students to follow incorrect ideas and to influence political action. Most of what they say are misrepresentations of the truth. When I was in college the Hot Button Issues were the Draft, the Vietnam War, and the Murder of Martin Luther King. This was the first time that I had and opportunity to under racial injustice. The recognition of Neofascists, Communists, and Anarchists were off campus events. I am not willing to talk about the different views in this murder, but I am ashamed of the president and vice president telling us what can be discussed by citizens in a free society. AMERICANS BEWARE YOUR RIGHTS ARE BEING THREATENED.

 

I think Trump and those on his side of things will have a martyr since they're the ones holding him up like some kind of hero and a man who has done no wrong at all except exercise his right to free speech - and trying to make everyone believe that the left, LGBTQ+, and Democrats were the ones who wanted him dead and arranged it... except, from news reports taken with a half-block of salt, Tyler was on that right-side of this political clusterfuck which one could reasonably say that Tyler and Kirk were on the same side of things so it gets... interesting why Tyler took him out. Word is that Kirk pissed Tyler's "people" off and that precipitated his death but the way Trump, MAGA, and the GOP have been ranting and raving, it's possible that they wanted to create a martyr to (1) perpetuate their hatred of those who aren't on their side and/or (2) provide a horrible distraction from the Epstein files debacle that could be used to impeach and remove the head MAGA from office.

Will we ever know the truth? Probably not. I'm likely in the middle of the road politically and, as a bisexual, I'm guilty by association of being a LGBT person and... I have and see no need for a martyr and especially someone I never heard of until someone killed him and from what I've read, Kirk had no love for the LGBTQ+ community so... something's not computing here but at the end of the day, Kirk is still dead even though reports have been coming out saying that his assassination was faked and way better than Trump's alleged assassination attempt was.

Since you cannot believe anything the media says, we'll never find the truth of why Tyler allegedly capped Kirk. It's bad enough that there's a record of the things Kirk has said that are, in the minds of many, some fucked up shit - and those pitching a bitch about Kirk's death are saying that he didn't say those things and that Democrats are spreading lies about this God-fearing man who was doing great things and given those things he said, I don't see how the left and the LGBTQ+ community would want him as a martyr.

Just saying. I'm just going to sit back and watch where this clusterfuck goes.
