I just bumped into this question on Qoura Social Questions website:- "I'm 18 years old. I want to get married, is that normal?" _______________________________________________ I married my first wife at 17. People tell you that you have the whole of your life so can leave it until later. In reality a woman produces less eggs as she gets older. Any time from the age of fifty upwards she loses the ability to produce eggs and so can no longer produce babies. Females are most fertile as a teenager and it is the right time to start a family not the wrong time; that is the way nature designed us! The problem is your social position in the community and lack of money at the age of 18… I have done graduate education and I was always very concious of the fact that a lot of students are told to get on with their career because they can come back to starting a family later. It always occurred to me , as somebody who had my first son when I was a teenager, that undergraduates are being segregated off, from family minded people, and a high percentage never come back to the role of starting a family. A lot never do it……… My opinon has always been get on with it! For tomorrow you may no longer be able to! Andy Siddle 07/06/25 https://qr.ae/pAcKrh

Let me think on that a bit. Get back to me and I'll let you know when I think any of you should start a family. And don't don't start one until I say so!
I think 30-35 years old is a good time to start. In your 20s, you're still figuring out who you are and what you're going to do with your life. If your lucky, you'll meet your soulmate and spend 5-10 years together before kids. Why wait until you're old and retired? Travel the world a **** like bunnies. Enjoy each other.
There’s no right time, as such. There’s no hard and fast rule that says you even have to breed, at all..
That depends upon what you mean by "starting a family". There is no good ethical argument to support birthing more children into this world, considering that somewhere in the world a child dies of starvation and preventable disease every 5 seconds, and in the U.S. there are approximately 155,000 children in foster care and in need of adoption.
Did you hear the one about the conservative billionaire who went to the casino, bet his children’s future while holding a pair of 2’s….update, he wants more children to up the ante.
