No Hippies in Gen Z

Yeah….but we need to nurture the best of each generation and discard the worst. If I hear one more reference to the “gilded age” I’m going to puke. It was gilded only for the ultra wealthy….Morgan, Rockefeller’s, Hearst’s.empire builders. It was a nightmare for my great grandparents….first generation immigrants from Europe. Ultra low wages, 12 hour workdays, amputations from wood working machinery, no unions, unheated work places in WI. Only a neo-sadist would want to return to that.

 

It's stupid to broadbrush entire generations as if they were all clones.

 

I'm a lower case "l" libertarian and a pagan. So I overlap a little bit with hippies.
