What is going on with US democracy? People say that US democracy is under attack. That Trump does not understand the law or the courts and that Trump is doing his own thing. Do you think democracy is under attack?

IMO, He doesn't care about the law or the courts. You should research him and you will understand.

 

He fully understands the law and the court system that is how he finds it so easy to override.

 

I believe he is totally addicted to getting attention -- whether it is good, bad, horrific, genocidal, or otherwise.

 

He is not concerned with the law , he is not concerned with the welfare of ANYONE other than himself. A great portion of the voters in this country have turned the government over to a lawless , authoritarian, racist . serial lying ,convicted rapist who thinks and acts like a 10 year old bully! He is so insecure that if anyone criticizes him for anything---he responds like the CHILD HE IS and immediately calls them scumbags--stupid--ect,threatens them and just can't control himself. And here he is--THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!! He is systematically dismantling the entire US government with the help of totally incompetent government hires and the republican traitors are helping. Fuck ALL of them ---they have no morals whatsoever.

 

He just does not care about them they are obstacles or tools to that’s it. Actually that may be how he views everything it so completely fucked

 

Donald Duck was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, and his father encouraged him to become a Professional Wrestling fan at a young age, then introduced him to every crooked real estate judge in the country. In the US, we say we have the best justice that money can buy, and the entire judicial system just had a huge fight over whether Donald Duck should be allowed to continue trashing them out but, there is no honor among thieves.

Comprehending the law in a corrupt country, is counter-productive, leading to stupid assumptions, such as there's still such a thing as justice.

The courts themselves will tell you, you get the justice you can afford. If you can't afford justice, you get the Ugly Stick!

 

No--I'm afraid he understands them all too well. He's already corrupted the so--called " supreme court ", which was supposed to follow the constitution. We can forget that shit! He is going to keep appointing suck-ass right wingers to every position he can.

 

He's encouraging the oligopolies and entrenched wealth to corrupt our politics however they prefer. So long as there is no justice in or out of court, victory goes to whoever waves the biggest stick.

Which is exactly what anyone would expect, and it simply means our economy is the issue. Sadly, the US is not the only corrupt country in the world, and all that corruption is becoming expert at manipulating the mass media. Its not a coincidence, that they began heavily censoring our mass media, a few decades after the introduction of modern birth control. The minute modern technology raises people's standard of living, their population starts to implode, while all the wealth floats to the top, and they censor half of reality, so nobody thinks about how they're killing themselves.

 

So if he not listening to the courts why don’t they go after him and press charges?

Judges invest in Wall Street, and know damn well that every time Donald Duck threatens to lynch Big Bird, their stocks go up.
