has anyone ever been in jail?

I got out yesterday morning. I spent 3 days in jail for a DUI. It sucked ALOT. So has anyone else ever been in the pokey? If so, for what? that is if you do not mind sharing............

 

Three days is easy as hell.

 

I was in the drunk tank once for like 10 hrs.

Yea i thought that too, but it still sucked ass. I was locked in this small fucking cell for 23 hours a day with nothing to do. Pigs wouldn't even let me have a book or magazine.

I was in jail for a DWI for about 30 minutes and that was long enough for me.

He said get out or ill make you get out
Since I was durnk I said make me
So he put me in a headlock, dragged me out of his bar, threw me out in the gutter. I think I passed out on a staircase nearby and woke up in jail. Apparently my friends aren't real friends because they didn't come out to help me, jsut stayed in the bar. Probably the fact that earlier in the night I was running and dancing across a busy highway piss durnk, ahrdly able to speak, dancing in and out of traffic, effected their disregard.
The most icnredible thing, anyway, is they give you a free bus ticket home and it only takes about 2 hours per normal 20minutes of driving time. Heehee.
On the bus a black woman told me I had beautiful ahir and asked if she could touch it. I nodded and smiled and she ever so delicately touched a strand of my hair siled and got off. This other guy had a basket ball, and he kept mumbling to himself, holding the basketball in the air on one hand, and putting it into the other hand, high up in the air. He kept repeating words and variations of words with ocasional incoherent strings of words. He would repeat 'street' 'street' over and over glance around paranoid real quick then go back to playing with his basketball high up in the air. he talking to himself but it reverbreated through the bus. I was tempted to go sit near him just so I could ehar the longs strings of words that only came out as murmurs.
Hahahahaha! It was absolutely an incredible spiritual moment. He did this for an hour then got off. Then someone sat next to be that smelled so bad the whole back of the bus reaked. he looked like some sort of french philosopher practicing the art of asceticism so his stink didn't bother me.

I delivered a pizza to a jail before. does that count?

 

Let me guess, some guy was arrested for possession of marijuana and he used his one phone call to order a pizza because he had the munchies!

Anyway I got busted for that once in '72 and one other time for hitch-hiking. That's my criminal career.

 

Been naked in the hole in vegas for pissing off the pigs.

spent 6 weeks in a state prison as a youthfull offender runing a private library and game room to keep my ass (literally) safe.

Locked up about 14 times for a day to a couple weeks in various jails.

it used to be alot more dangerous. Now, the county jail is a fucking vacation.

 

haha, at first glance w/o really thinking about the bus you could think that the lately touched your hair then fingered herself...

or that the guy w/ the basketball was so excited from dribbling he decided to rub one out hahaha.

...but only at first glance.

 

I was in juvi for 30 days.

 

im in jail right now stealing time on the wardens computer.

 

i spent something above 15 hours but less then 25 in a holding cell with no toilet... with pepper spray all over my face and neck, making me dry heive and burn....

it was horrible. i will never go back there if i can help it. however, there is a cop that has it out for me and is stalking me. i can make no wrong move.

the only good part, were the prisoners that were there for a while and only came in because they were gonna go to court... they were so nice to me.

 

Yes.
I've already given up booze.
The same's True for dealing w/out of area Civil Law Enforcement via the phone/mail.
However I refuse to give up driving. *L*


The Left Hand (arrest/incarcerate) hasn't a Clue what the Right Hand (Court System) has/is/will do and vice versa.
Sadly it Our Tax $$$ paying for these practices of absolute incompetence.
