There’s really nothing to be embarrassed about when we’re having our penis or testicles examined. Our bodies naturally react to being touched anywhere on or near the penis.

We could go as far as to say that it’s actually a good thing if our bodies decide to erect the penis at this time.

 

In all the years I've had physicals I've never gotten wood. Who are these pervs that get excited during a clinical procedure?

 

Maybe I’m just a dirty old man, but I’m always hoping something would happen. A reason why my female doctor would need to caller a nurse in, female or male, and both would see and discuss my penis.

I recently went for the first time to my new primary care physician. She gave me a very thorough interview before the actual physical exam. I disclosed to her a variety of things including ED. When it came time for her to examine my penis and balls she sat on a stool in front of me and asked me to drop my pants which I did. After she did her duty she said "Well, your ED certainly isn't a result of size anxiety."
I was so embarrassed!

 

When I worked at a record company in NY, we had an infamous nurse on staff that would examine your balls every time even if you went there with a cut on your finger. I make it a point to request or only visit female doctors. I feel female doctors are much more attentive and empathetic. I think it's their inherent "mothering" instincts. My GP is a woman, my Urologist is a woman and my Cardiologist is a woman. I am much more at ease with a woman doctor and if anyone is going to fondle my penis and testicles or shove their finger in my ass I would much rather it be a woman!!! It just seems more natural !!!!! That being said, I have never gotten an erection during an exam.
