ICE Protests in Los Angeles: Trump sends National Guard?

Just gonna make my question short and to the point:

When should it be deemed “necessary” for the President of the United States to send “Military Troop aid/assistance” to states that are rioting or going up in flames?? How many “Days on the Calendar” does a city need to be in a “Riot Alert” for the President to send Military Force? I think LA has now been going on rioting for about 5 days STRAIGHT now!!

 

Here's what pisses me off!! To protest government actions is legal and the right to PEACEFUL ASSEMBLY is protected by the constitution. But there are ALWAYS A VERY SMALL PERCENTAGE OF GOD DAMNED HOODLUMS THAT TAKE PROTESTS AS AN EXCUSE TO LOOT, THROW ROCKS,ETC, AT THE AUTHORITIES, STEAL WHATEVER THEY WANT , SET FIRES TO CARS, BUILDINGS,ETC --ETC--ETC--ETC--WHICH THEN MAKES EVERYONE LOOK BAD. AND NOW GIVES A NO GOOD,LYING MOTHERFUCKER LIKE TRUMP AN EXCUSE TO ESCALATE THE SITUATION AND HOPE--YES--HOPE THERE WILL BE A CHANCE TO SHOOT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!

ONE WAY , HYPOCRITICAL REPUBLICANS MAKE ME SICK!!!! THEY ARE CALLING THIS AN INSURRECTION WHEN THE REAL INSURRECTION HAPPENED ON JAN 6TH!!!

( I do not go to protests because I would NOT ALLOW right wing assholes getting up in my face! !)

 

Time is irrelevant, the real question is, is the state in violation of the US Constitution. If the state is violating the Constitution, then Federal law must be upheld. Illegal immigration is now out of control, but for how long this has been going on is irrelevant. It must be stopped, and state government must support federal law. In reality, there is no such thing as a sanctuary city.

Not sure why the use of the military to integrate the schools vs a governor standing in the door with an axe handle to prevent it hasn't been remembered.

 

I fully understand the need to round up undocumented immigrants and deport them to their home country. That said we need to do the job in a civilized and legal manner. I have to add the following Comments.

1. Heir Trumph Is using this action as a political stunt, because California did not Vote for him and buy his pathological lies.

2. Triumphs' goons and henchmen did not make proper arrangements for accommodations and food for the California National Guard. They are sleeping on hard floors without sleeping bags, proper hygiene facilities and food. This is another slam at California by an unhinged President.

3. Ice is Ignoring illegal immigrants from China. In San Francisco there are thousands of Chinese Citizens living in second story dormitories above businesses in squalor situations. They are working in restaurants, sweat shops for substandard salaries not too different from servitude. Equality under the law seems irrelevant to Trumph..

4. Heir Trump consistently threatens to arrest his political foes, but pardons real felons in his own party.

It is time to stand up up this Psychotic Tyrant, impeach him and remove him and his fascist supporters form office, or we are all doomed .

 

Would figure that a States Govenor is the person vested with the responsibility to call out The Guard. A President does not need to inject himself by making the call. Now California's leaders can make this about Trump, not the civil unrest.

 

Trump has a history targeted his political enemies for revenge and ignore what is good of the nation. If he was concerned about the Federal Buildings and Ice Employees he should have called Newsom and rely on the LAPD to protect federal property. If the police could not have handled it, he could have looked at alternatives. Trump made matters worse by calling in the national guard. The National Guard did not have the resources ready to accommodate the action, including food and sleeping bags. Their presence threatened the protesters with military action. The other side of the coin is that he Incited riots by his action, making all of this dialogue unnecessary.
