For what it’s worth, it is generally reported that the average flaccid penis can comfortably wear a 25mm glans ring. I own a 25mm and a 22.5mm. I enjoy the extra snugness. I started with a 35mm x 10mm stainless steel ring, which I found would slip off if I was sweating for any reason. I then went to a 32.5mm and finally a 30mm which happily stays in place no matter what I do. Even with this snug fit I have no restrictions whatsoever and I can wear them for days. I now have a number of 30mm glans rings (including a heavy 30mm x 20mm) and I love them. My gf loves them too and she's interested in finding more. I've made my own. Bought metal rings from the hardware store and reworked them to size in my machine shop. They were plated and polished up real nice. But once I figured out the procedure I started using stainless rod and formed them to fit. I get a perfect fit for glans, cock, and balls that way.
I agree with you. I do metal work also. The price of some of the sites is crazy. I got into getting different rings from Tandy leather. Some of the rings are cast so you don’t end up with lumpy joints. A dremel and metal polish smooths things out. I have a large collection at a fraction of the price.
