Rest Rooms in Nude Resorts

i've been a nudist for 30 years (home and on Vacation) and almost all the resort or clubs i have been to have mixed showers but in addition have a mixed bathroom area with toilets in Separate cubicles with groups of sinks to wash your hands or shave .I have been surprised in european nudist camping resorts what you actually see being shaved or waxed

 

I would add that i have far more showers in a nudest resort with mixed showers than i do if the showers are in separate cubicle or defined for separate sexes. i may be a naturist and accept all but i still like beautiful things

 

Same for us, all of the nudist resorts we visit have mixed showers, we love to be naked in the showers with others. It's fun and erotic to us

 

No problem with us having mixed showers in the club house and bathrooms stalls with privacy doors. All showers in the pool are in the open. What’s wrong with that? The resort we go to require full nudity in the pool and hot tub. Open shower are in plain view. Nothing wrong with that.

A favorite nudist resort years ago had open showers outside, no surprise, but one big room inside with some open urinals, some open toilets so women could sit, and a cubicle or two for people bashful about pooping in public.Of course everyone wandered the big room nude. It made sense to me until I went to pee when women and only women were in the room with me.
Suddenly it was strange to be in a restroom with women, to be naked in a rest room with naked women, to be peeing in front of women, to be peeing naked, and generally to be peeing naked in a rest room with naked women. The combination nearly made me piss-shy until I thought What a kick and nearly boned up!

 

I reckon what they should do is just have a shower room that both sexes can use.
Allow people to pee outside have trees and bushes around the place for that.
If they need to take a dump then have portaloos for people who need them.

 

What i have seen in France,Germany and the UK is common or coed locker rooms, and separate restrooms for men and women. People new to nudism would use the restroom to undress,until they become more use to the idea of nudity. I always undressed in the parking lot, in the open air.

 

That sounds very much like Bell Acres, back in the day when it was still a nudist resort.
The first time, I was a bit shocked by the setup. Women walking behind me as I stood in front of the urinal. One Mom actually hoisted her small son up to the urinal besides me, which kinda freaked me out. She smiled at me as if to say: "all good!" but that was still way out of my comfort zone. I started using a cubicle after that.
But when I started realizing that I was perhaps the only person bothered by it; I decided to just relax and use the urinal. After all, my back was turned anyway. And it started feeling normal/natural pretty quickly.

The very same resort also had mixed showers where the shower heads were arranged in a semi-circle. My then-wife was still in her shy newbie phase when we started going there. She would face the wall while showering, people would talk to us; and she would reluctantly turn around and face them to respond, and exit as fast as possible. Fast-forward a few trips later; and she'd face away from the wall, chatting and joking with other people; lathering all her bits and crannies in the process without feeling self-conscious. Group showers had actually proven to be a good ice-breaker and confidence-booster in terms of her being less inhibited while socializing.

 

The places I've been to have separate mens' & womens' toilets - so business as usual there. But they do have the showers for men & women together, so I do enjoy that!

 

yes it is common to share a shower at a nudist resort, both of us have shared showers with others there
