Trump sounds like he's daydreaming out loud at his rallies.

His 2024 campaign manager, Susan Wiles, was his chaperone and would walk up into his view to stop him when he started going off-script.

Trump would even joke about it at his rallies. He would look off to the side and make a remark such as, "I'm not allowed to say that?"

Carolyn Wiles has resigned from Trump's team after not being able to pass security background checks.

Her mother is the Trump White House Chief of Staff.

Daughter of political consultant Susie Wiles resigns from White House post | firstcoastnews.com

    excerpt:

"Wiles was hired last month as deputy assistant to the president and director of scheduling. She was among six aides who couldn’t pass an intensive background check necessary to work in the White House — which requires the highest level of security clearance — according to Wiles.

The background check includes questions about credit scores, substance use and other personal subjects, according to Politico."

Denmark “In Crisis Mode” After Terrible Trump Phone Call on Greenland

    excerpt:

"Trump has threatened to buy Greenland since his election victory, along with vows to take back the Panama Canal and make Canada the 51st state. And while many took his comments in jest, the recent phone call shows that he is seriously interested in seizing Greenland, perhaps due to its unique geopolitical position, its significant U.S. air base, or its potential real estate development."

Trump again demands to buy Greenland in ‘horrendous’ call with Danish PM

    excerpt:

Another person who was briefed on the call told the outlet: “The intent was very clear. They want it. The Danes are now in crisis mode.” Someone else said: “The Danes are utterly freaked out by this.”

According to one former Danish official, the call was a “very tough conversation” in which Trump “threatened specific measures against Denmark such as targeted tariffs”.

Trump has previously said that the US needs to control Greenland and has refused to rule out using US military force to take over the territory. During a press conference a few weeks ago, Trump said that the US needed Greenland “for economic security”. The 836,300-sq-mile (2,166,007-sq-km) Arctic island is rich in oil and gas, as well as various raw materials for green technology.

Trump continues to pester Denmark about his desire to take over Greenland. His calls appear to becoming more aggressive.

It's a situation ripe for Trump to impose tariffs and other punitive measures on Denmark like he just did to Columbia for not accepting U.S. deportation flights.

Donald Trump in fiery call with Denmark’s prime minister over Greenland

    excerpt:

Five current and former senior European officials briefed on the call said the conversation had gone very badly.

They added that Trump had been aggressive and confrontational following the Danish prime minister’s comments that the island was not for sale, despite her offer of more co-operation on military bases and mineral exploitation.

“It was horrendous,” said one of the people. Another added: “He was very firm. It was a cold shower. Before, it was hard to take it seriously. But I do think it is serious, and potentially very dangerous.”

With so many assholes in the party, he blends in unfortunately.

You last point is excellent and brutally conspicuous, but due to the asshole density it simply doesn’t matter.

It’s an oddly effective tactic and the norm now.

Trump says he thinks the people of Greenland want to be with the U.S.

Donald Trump says he believes the US will 'get Greenland'

    excerpt:

President Donald Trump has said he believes the US will gain control of Greenland, after showing renewed interest in acquiring the autonomous Danish territory in recent weeks.

"I think we're going to have it," he told reporters on Air Force One on Saturday, adding that the island's 57,000 residents "want to be with us".

Trump decree paves way for ‘Muslim ban’, targeting pro-Palestine students

    excerpt:

It goes further, however. It calls for identifying the number of citizens who entered the US from those countries since 2021 — during Joe Biden’s presidency — and collecting “relevant” information about their “actions and activities”.

The White House then orders “immediate steps” to deport foreign citizens from those countries “whenever information is identified that would support the exclusion or removal”.

Trump’s executive order also says the administration must ensure that foreign citizens, including those in the US, “do not bear hostile attitudes” towards American citizens, culture or government and “do not advocate for, aid, or support designated foreign terrorists”.

Trump's rioters were hostile toward U.S. citizens, police, members of Congress, and VP Pence, the rioters he pardoned or commuted.

Trump will continue with his demands on countries like Columbia and threaten them with tariffs and sanctions. He says they are responsible for the flow of drugs and migrants into the U.S.

He has accused Canada of the same.

It will an unending string of threats from Trump. He has no limits.

It appears the leader of Columbia has given in to Trump and is willing to accept flights from the U.S.

Trump Tests the Boundaries of the Presidency

    excerpt:

"Just three days before his inauguration, he released a crypto token called $Trump that together with other family tokens rose to around $10 billion in value on paper. The tokens create new opportunities for companies and other financial players inside and outside the United States to curry favor with the new administration.

Moreover, while other presidents had wealthy patrons who enjoyed access to the Oval Office, Mr. Trump has gone so far as to surround himself with billionaires on the inaugural platform and give Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, a mandate to revamp the federal government that puts billions of dollars in his pocket through various contracts."

A few Republicans don't agree with Trump pardoning his rioters who attacked police, the police who Trump says started the riot by letting his rioters into the Capitol who were simply trying to protect themselves from the police after being duped and attacked by the police.

    Graham is one of them.
