Intimate Exams At The Doctors

I get naked for acupuncture. It's just the doc and me in the room. First few times, I was in underwear but he asked me to remove them for certain points and would give me a small towel. Eventually, no towel. Now I just take everything off while we talk and he treats me, face up, fully naked. I do get erect sometimes which he doesn't seem to mind. We often talk after while I get redressed. I kind of like standing there with a semi, naked with him in his scrubs.

 

Sounds very professional.

I prefer female doctors over male doctors. I'm a bisexual guy that is Much more attracted to men. Need I say more?

It never bothered me I have had both all through my life and felt absolutely no difference. Thinking back I do feel my mom preferred me to have a female doctor. She talked more asked more questions and was much more openly talkative with them. Especially when it came to "intiment exam" as you put it.

 

When I was growing up, I had a female pediatrician for a while. Being embarrassed by her didn't bother me. Just like when I had a male pediatrician, my biggest concern was not the examination but whether I was going to get a shot or not.

 

Gotta say, since I’m of an age for annual prostate exams, I much prefer the female office PA,who has small fingers, than the attending, a giant bear of a man with kielbasa fingers.

 

Even though I am quite elderly I avoid the doctors like the plague, I guess it started when I was kid in school and our all boys class had to strip of stand in a line while female nurse held our testicals and asked us to cough, pretty embarrassing for a 12 year old boy entering pubity, I recently had a cystoscopy, camera in my willy, thankfully I was away with the fairy's when they were messing around, what's mine is my own and I only used to share it with my wife.

 

Yes I had that done to me by a guy with fingers like a banana, I thought I was gonna hit the wall on the other side of the room, I think they enjoy inflicting pain

 

The only time I ever had to get naked for a doctor was when I was probably 13 or 14 and I had to get a physical to try out for football. It was a female doctor, and I felt awkward.

Having a female doctor now wouldn't bother me at all. In fact, it would probably be preferable.

My wife prefers male doctors, but I think it has to do with competence and amiability more than anything else. You know women often don't get along with each other.

Years ago my wife had to have some minor surgery, so I took her to the pre-op appointment with the doctor. He had her strip completely naked and was feeling up her breasts. Truth be told I was incredibly turned on seeing her get felt up naked like that. I don't think her getting completely naked or getting felt up was medically necessary at all, and I believe he was just a creep taking advantage since we were young, naive, and sexy (her I mean).

But the surgery went well and we haven't been back to that doctor. She didn't care for that experience or him in general, lol.

 

Could be a creep taking advantage, but more likely it was part of an overall assessment of her general health. It's best to be aware of any potential factors that contribute to the outcome of the surgery and/or anesthesia. Better to be aware in advance than playing catch up later.

I think the reluctance of the general public to allow themselves to be seen and touched motivates doctors to minimize their evaluations of people. I'm old enough to remember when doctors checked all a patient's joints and muscles when performing a physical (kinda makes sense in a rather obvious way once ya think about it). And now they give a quick glance, listen to your breathing, and rely heavily on bloodwork.

It's clearly preferable for a doctor to examine and feel every inch of skin watching out for any anomalies on the surface and in the tissues below. But when ya got people thinking it's creepy and taking advantage to thoroughly examine, and everybody's accusing everyone of everything and looking for settlements (the real advantage takers), and thus a major portion of the cost of healthcare is malpractice insurance which can go up or even be denied should anyone make a claim...well, ya got doctors who really can't do their jobs in the best way possible.

 

I don't know about Doctors in the modern era and their examination practices but I know several "boomer" women who can tell stories of physical exams in their teenage years in the 1960's, 1970's by middle aged male doctors having them strip naked, no one else in the room, and physically examining (fondling) their boobs. My wife was one of these. I seriously doubt it had anything to do with the thoroughness of the exam.

I've had medical people of both sexes handle my genitals on several occasions for a vasectomy, a testicular scan, a prostate biopsy and removal of a catheter. There was never anything remotely sexual about it so it really didn't make any difference which gender they were.

My wife is a nurse. She taught me to be relaxed about such things. During her labour for our first child, I saw how cool she was being continually naked in front of a male consultant in the maternity unit. She wouldn't wear anything or let the midwives put a sheet on her.

The thought did cross my mind that she might be enjoying giving the guy a cheap thrill. I now think that is unlikely. She just knew that seeing naked women was all in day's work for him. It was a bit hard to take when he cut her perineum to prevent a tear as the baby's head came out.

I have since seen her strip completely to the waist in front of a surgeon and his entourage. I think she sensed that I was surprised that she got half naked when all he asked for was a quick peek at her boobs. She to me that as he was going to be cutting one of them up, she wanted to make sure he got a really good look.

 

Not a big deal either way, but I prefer a woman---Smaller fingers.

 

Someone once advised young men to never go out with girls who had big hands.
