When you're naked, are you happy with the way your body looks?

I'm quite unhappy with my body after a long absence from the gym, due to the virus. Just like it can feel good to know that your sharply dressed for whatever the occasion might be, I felt better being naked when having a sixpack, muscle tone and low body fat. I don't judge others for how they look, but I don't like my own body being out of shape.

 

We are 74 and and no longer run way models. We are happy with nude bodies

I was happy when I was young and fit. As I have gotten older, I wouldn't say happy. lol But I am comfortable.

 

Being a nudist I am. At a nudist resort you will not find perfect bodies.

 

I'm not sure if I'm ever happy with the way my body looks. I have accepted the way my body looks.

I've never been fit or good looking. And, since I've accepted my body, I don't really worry about whether I look good or if others think I look good.

I still enjoy being naked and going to nude beaches.

Sure, I am very comfortable in my body! Lol if someone else doesn’t like it that not my problem

 

If you've really got the naturist attitude toward bodies, you don't pay much attention to how your body looks. You'd say, "Yeah, maybe I haven't got the most gorgeous body ever. But it's got me through life so far."

Everyone's acceptable, and if some of us are beautiful as well, isn't that nice for them. I hope they won't be obnoxious about it.

 

I like my body, don't care what others think of it, I just loved being nude, esp around other nude people

 

I've never been in love with how I've ever looked. But I've gotten comfortable in the fact I am what I am. Joining a nude resort and being around other nudists have helped my acceptance

 

I find that I have no inhibitions with stripping naked in front of guys these days. I was happier when I was still working out regularly and buffed up and toned more. But, I still receive compliments about my body when I meet up with guys. And, I'm working towards getting back to a regular gym workout again.

 

I am happy with my naked body. I wish some parts were different, but at this point, who cares.

 

No. But my home nudism has made me more comfortable with it anyway. If I ever go to a nudist beach/resort and people are as non-judgmental as they say, I think it will help even more.

Folks are bound to look at them but is that a bad thing? Folks on nude beaches are always checking out the other bathers. The same thing happens on textile beaches
