au contraire, in lassies 30 year carrer or so, she/he has been played more then ten collies, some of which were girls. I think most lassies were boys though.
I feel so sad for you Peanuts you must be going through so much saddness. I 'm sure Buddy is missing you lots too.
Awwwwwwwwwwww I am so sorry. I always loved those photo's of him that you would put up. He seemed like such a good dog R.I.P buddy
Hey Everyone. Thanks for your replies and stories. I'm sorry for those of you who have lost their lil' buddies. My youngest son said to me today that Buddy was having a great time in Heaven. I hope he's running through the fields. Maybe he'll meet another beautiful Golden and she'll keep him company. I sure do miss him.
I'm really sorry to hear about you're family loss Laura................ *sending positive vibes your way* ~namaste~
Peanuts I am sorry about this. We recently had to put our 17 year old cat to sleep. I understand the pain.
Thank you again Everyone. All of your kind words really mean a lot to me. It does help knowing that I have the support that I have been getting. I don't think I've ever suffered with this type of grieving before. It is very overwhelming at times. One moment I'm "together" and the next moment I'm falling apart. Buddy's footprints are still in the snow. It's melting quickly but they are there. I wish he was running around making more footprints. My son said at lunch today that we used to have 5 members of our family and now we only have 4. That was hard to hear. Now I truly know what it feels like to grieve the loss of a pet. Plain and simple...it sucks.
