I use its cousin, the latex keeper. I have some minor leak problems on the heaviest day (i'm thinking its a suction probles) so I have a flannel cloth as a reuseable pad that day. also, when reading/reclining for long periods of time, adjust to sitting/standing slowly to help that seal stay. I 've used mine for four years and although I occasionally use tampons (those days when it arrives early and at work) I much prefer the cups. In a public rr I wet two papertowels with warm water (you'll figure this out if you use cold) to squeeze into the cup for a rise and wipe the rim. plus, you have a nice warm wet towel to wipe your self. Toss in the pad/tampon bin, not the loo.
