The G spot, as it had been previously described, is not a separate and specific part of the anatomy but has been found to be a part of the larger clitoral network. It seems that the issue in what they are saying is that there are different types of orgasms instead of saying there are different methods of bringing a woman to an orgasm. While I am not sure what a 'titty orgasm' is, a woman can experience one by stimulation of her nipples.
