hey i was at school and got searched they found my wallet and there were papers in it, also they cought a kid with 4 joints that i had gotten him (i was the middle man not the actual dealer) and he ratted me out saying i sold it to him and all. i cooperated with the cops and all told them what i knew and all that shit, but still they say i may get charged with trafficing, also on a sidenote the wallet also had 3 bucks and around 35 bucks worth in giftcards and they lost it and i doubt it'll have any effect in anything but i wasn't sure does anyone know what all could happen, will i just see a CDW or do you think i'll go to juvi, i'm 14 this is the first drug related offense and i just wanna know what could happen. if anyone has any thoughts on this it would be greatly appreciated. thanks
if your 14 you arent going to juvi for selling a kid 4 joints...the first time i got caught i sold a half to a undercover (stupid i know)....your probably gonna get some community service or probation/pins
Well you're basically getting punished for telling them the truth. No offence, and I don't know what the situation was like, but you should have known better.
Advice number 1 - don't bring paraphanalia to school Advice number 2 - tell whoever you ever get drugs for that if they get caught, they didn't get it from you Advice number 3 - tell the cops you purchased the drugs off some random guy off the street who you had never met - never give any more information than that.

when i got caught at school for dealing weed they just suspended me for 3 days but they did not have any proof that i was dealing an i live in canada

Best advice yet: SHUT THE FUCK-UP!!!!!! Don't tell the cops shit. Nothing you can say will help- but it can a will be used against you. All you did by talking was confess to a felony. Name addrress and that's it!
And in some states you don't even have to give your name/address, from what I hear. This isn't the same as giving a false name (obstruction of justice).

if its first offence, then you shouldnt get too much, be a smartass and say , I sold him the papers,the weed just came for free....heheheheh.
