IMHO, I think that, perhaps, the WORST part of aging not only involves US personally, but also, our loved ones and friends. NONE of us are spared. Growing up, 60-odd years ago, I remember my mother a tall, vivacious, vibrant lady who could walk for miles in high heels, and never get tired. She ended life (at age 99) in 2016 ravaged by arthritis (and also suffering from other health issues), confined to a wheelchair, and, in fact, confined to her room. Yes, aging CAN be (and often is) HEARTBREAK, and we are powerless to stop the ravages of time. All we CAN do is to face it with as much dignity and courage as we can.............
I am at the point when I have to decide whether its more important to pee or cum. I have, as I am sure many others here have an enlarged prostate (BPH). Just had a virtual biopsy (MRI) with no problems identified. But I still cant pee without drugs. Im taking silodosin. Its great to help me pee, but it negatively affects ejaculation. I can climax, but not "cum". Sux, so to speak.
Aging AIN'T fun, for ANY of us. It's that one day when you wake up and the reality of it all slams into like a runaway freight train: "How and WHEN did I get OLD?" Indeed, aging sneaks up on every one of us, with all the silent stealth of a phantom...........
.......think, also, of a bisexual widower, who is now living in a senior/assisted living facility. What are his chances of "scoping out" a fellow senior FWB (bi or gay)? Unless he can make a "connection" online, it would seem that trying to "hook up" with another like-minded senior male would be that much more difficult. Yeah, getting old sure ain't a walk in the park, that's for certain................
Of course there's the inevitable problem of getting hard...it dont happen at the drop of a hat anymore. Very difficult to get hard with just the wife anymore. I seem to need some extrordinary sexual kink to get me hard/off now. I love her like no one else, she's very sexy and 10 years younger than me, but WTF?
Because, if in some sort "assisted living" facility, You know there will always be someone (staff or resident) with nothing better to do than to stick their noses where it does not belong, and watch the comings and goings of whomever "visits" a certain resident. Too, it would seem (at least to me) that most of the males in such a facility would be str8. How does the bi guy "put out his feelers", so to speak, without getting himself into some sort of trouble? Of course, I most certainly cannot relate to any such scenarios; I only know that a bi senior male in a senior facility would have to be especially discreet (at least, to my way of thinking) Of course, even I know there are always online "options".................
We ALL are getting OLDER, but, with the world ever-changing at breakneck speed, how much WISER are we really ARE?? Changes are a'-comin' ALL the time...........
Those same options can easily exist in an assisted living facility, too. Discretion is always a must but it's assisted living... not prison. How does he put out feelers? The same way he'd do it if he weren't in such a facility - carefully but without fear. I wouldn't assume that any of the other men in the facility is straight, either...
I discovered Cialis and it works wonders. Take it every day. I works on demand, and lately have been ejaculating more-it does have benefits on the prostate.
Like any medication, you have to have some erectile dysfunction. It's not a recreational medication. Plus it does not work like Viagra. It works on demand. I like it because of its beneficial effects on the prostate. I started to lose erection function during edging. Now it is corrected.
I'm on Tamsuolin (Flowmax) and have the same results but now I'm having trouble getting hard too. Have you experienced that?
Thanks. I'm going to try and get my VA Doc to prescribe it for me. Viagra and my stomach don't get along at all.
Cialis is an "on demand medication" which means that if you have erotic thoughts, sexual feelings, you will get an erection. It also has a beneficial effect on the prostate-I do cum more often. Been taking it every day since December. I take it every day because I love to edge.
I can only speak of the two facilities in Florida where my in-laws spent their last few years. KD is correct in that they are not prisons. The two here in Florida had rules, but not totally restrictive ones. Both places were bright and cheerful. Many visitors came and were allowed access to the residents' rooms. If the door was closed, it meant 'Do Not Disturb' and whatever went on was literally behind closed doors. The staff treated the residents as regular people who had the same wants/needs as everyone else did. There were many times the residents had personal interactions with each other...all behind the closed door. I know this due to being told of the many adventures my mother-in-law had. Most places now understand and respect those desires.
Yeah, and from what Ive read the incidence of STDs among older residents in FL has greatly increased. Dont know about other places. Hell, what have you got to lose?
Well, while the rates have increased in Florida for the 55 and older group with syphilis we are actually tied for 10th out of the 50 states and Wash DC. with increase in number of cases. For gonorrea and chlamydia we are in the middle. But you are correct in the 'What have you got to lose?' category.
I’m 56 found my bisexuality when I was 38. It’s been 4 years since I’ve had sex what man. But most of my porn and fantasy is about gay men.. I still love fucking a pussy. Some things like love and affection with men just doesn’t appeal to me. But good gay sex is hot af..
