The 2024 Election

yep. i pretty much noticed that

 

Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren would be my choice.

 

People have been asking that very question. The GOP's answer? "Because we can!"

 

Is it out of line for me to think the current Presidential race is between two candidates who are both in the early stages of dementia?

 

Ohio is at it again.

 

After 4 or 8 years serving as a President of most any country (other than dictators, etc), most anyone would be a little loopy. Any group that would nominate a business mogul to be POTUS was already loopy.

 

These are fucked up times we're living in.

The Republican candidate is a twice-impeached convicted felon con man who's facing other felony charges, including inciting an insurrection trying to overthrow a fairly elected government.

The current Democratic candidate is a tired and confused old man who needs to retire. At the moment it doesn't seem like he can win re-election. I hope he steps down.

Like most Americans, and many people around the world for that matter, I really dread the idea of Donald Trump back in the White House. It's appalling that he's actually allowed to run again after all he's done!

The bets are in that if Joe drops out of the race Kamala Harris will be the nominee. Right now she's not overly popular among voters, but I'll bet she could put together an effective smear campaign that will tear Trump a new one and get people to vote for her and against him. Whatever it takes to keep him out of office, I'm in favor of it.

 

If he loses the election he'll go away! Either to jail or to a country that will grant him asylum!

 

Biden just withdrew.

 

He's still a rich white man with powerful friends. Win or lose, he's not going to jail

 

It's a brand new day.
