I have been meaning to read that book for so long but I always forget to!

You should read Mark Haddon's 'The Curious Incident f the Dog in the Night-Time'. T'is a very enjoyable book.

The great thing about "...Dog and the Night-Time" is that you can read it in a day or two. I've never read an adult's book that was so easy to read.

yes I love it. It's one of my set books for my literature coursework this year. It's quick and easy to read yet there is alot to it when you stop and think about it :)

Indeed. If you try and do it, you can appreciate how hard it is to write in that kind of simplistic style without sounding condescending or retarded.

Well there's always JD Salingers - 'Catcher in the Rye' if you haven't read that. I've heard that compaired to '...Wallflower' a fair few times.

Some random books that I would recommend are Kahlil Gibran's 'The Prophet', Vladimir Nabokov's 'Lolita', Douglas Adams' 'Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy'...I can't think of anything else that I thought was particually good at the moment. I'll have a think though. They have nothing in common with '...Wallflower' I shouldn't think, but they are indeed worthy of a read.

There is a recomended reading list here on the forums as well...http://hipforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32580
