Every marriage goes through ups and downs. Mine is currently in an upswing. For the past 2 years, it was like once or twice a month. For about 3 months now, it's been more like 4-5 times a week.

 

My opinion only: No marriage relationship should remain stagnant or static. To have a strong sex life in your marriage requires a lot of effort by both. Diet, exercise, open non judgemental sex talk daily and planning all creates a stronger sexual relationship. I am 70 and my wife is 65 and we are re living our sexual youth. We also include others in our bed as well. It adds spice and variety.
