if it was a guy id report it and change my daily routine... and do some detective work of my own

if it was a girl id confront her and maybe bitch slap her

 

quit all your night classes, take some self defense calsses and start getting really stand-offish and shitty with people because you don't want some asshole thinking you wanna be with him the rest of your fucking life because you smiled at him politely once. then you get kinda bitter.
