The 2024 Election

According to the Fulton County Jail records, Trump is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 215 pounds. It would mean he had lost 25 pounds and grown an inch since April.

Trump was last officially weighed in his annual physical as president in 2020, which said he was 244 pounds. Doesn't look to me like he's lost any weight.

The election is still a year and two months away and it's already the most fucked-up U.S. Presidential election ever! An octogenarian running against a twice-impeached 4-times indicted ex-Pres conman! And one who's only 3 years younger! How much stranger is it going to get? And what will the aftermath be?

This thread is supposed to be about the upcoming election but we really can't discuss it without bringing up Trump's legal issues. After all they do have a tremendous effect on the voters decisions and in fact it might make him ineligible to run, thus changing the election altogether.

Currently the polls are showing a close race between Biden and Trump! No matter how much you try to explain it to me I still don't get it. Yes I have issues with Biden but to even consider re-electing Donald Trump is the definition of insanity! Impeached twice, indicted four times, why would anyone want him back in the White House?

A lot can happen between now and November next year, including Trump being convicted and deemed ineligible to hold federal office. And if Trump is out then I hope Biden bows out as well, giving us two different candidates.

 

Without holding a House vote, Speaker Kevin McCarthy on Tuesday announced he is directing a trio of House committees to open an impeachment inquiry into President Biden. This came after pressure from extreme right-wingers in the GOP. I say bring it on, they don't have the evidence needed to get past the inquiry and it will only make them look worse.

 

Polls are baloney. All part of the big lie. Just keep telling it and sooner or later, the sheep will all get in line.

 

GOP can look worse?
