I think with this song he intended to let the quality of his lyrics reflect the subject. Pure poetic genius. :p

Hahaha... Eminem and "pure poetic genius"... haha...

It's my theory that people who like him, but don't listen to rap, only like him 'cos he's white.

I prefer the Slim Shady LP and the Marshall Mathers LP to his latest efforts, but he's still pretty good.

Eminem is a prime example of why so much modern music isn't particularly good. It's self-absorbed. His head is so far up his own ass he can't make any observation other than tabloid horseshit or complain about his life. REAL art comes from an internal longing, kids, and a desire to understand beyond ourselves, not mindless bitching and kindergarten chants mixed in with foul language.

yeah other then producing track for other major league artists that sell waaaaaaaaaaaay more records then 95% of music out there. encore was a bit confusing though, with the single "just lose it" i thought he would be getting back toh is better days of crazyness but then he came out with this album that was a mix of bitching, gangsta rap, and crap. Aftermath/Shady/G-Unit Records are all slippin as of lately, especially now with the whole BWS and G-unit beef.

I can't stand eminem. Listen to some good rap, get yourself some tribe called quest, mos def, and talib kweli. They are some of the good ones out there that don't rap about the same shit on every album.

I actually got into a big fight with someone over that song puke. It's not music just beats they stole from somewhere, puking sounds, and retarded lyrics sopken in rythm. Eminem has some talent, but it's definatly not showing up in THAT song. It's a really poor display of what he thinks is talent.

yeap stan is definatly one of his more emotional/though provoking songs.

and for anyone that knows anything about Rap, i must say after listening many many times to

"toy soldiers" i have NEVER heard a song which is more like a story/flows and stays on topic as much as that song, NOTHING not 1 song ever, not classic rock, not pop NOTHING has had the impact that song has had on me

YES!!!!!! I can see why he's so popular since most of the young people in america today are whinning brat bitches acting as tough and arogant as they can because they're deep inside scared shitless of each other. Fashion (mtv) conscience followers of shallowness.
Eminem is the voice of todays generation.

yes but he's a whining brat bitch that gets paid for being a whiny brat bitch......argue that

the songs mockingbird, toy soldiers, and encore are the only ones i like, his new album is full of violent cruddy songs, bland, bores me to death
