ha. funny name... you also a lesbian?

anyway, i think Stone Butch Blues by Leslie Feinberg wins hands down in the Most Influential Lesbian Literature category. i havent read all that much in the way of boks centred around a lesbian characters/themes. but i've read books with lesbians/lesbian situations in them.

Yup yup. I was feeling whimsical when I had to choose a name. What better than a name that reflects everything I'm not though I may well live to regret the choice.

I'll try and find a copy of Stone Butch Blues. If you get the chance try and read "Dear Juliette: Letters Of May Sarton To Juliette Huxley". At the heart of it all it reflects Sarton's realization that she is a lesbian and her abiding love for Juliette Huxley despite a period of 27 years of silence between them (finally broken by the death of Huxley's husband). At times painful, at times funny, the letters themself are always hearfelt and beautifully written.
