You should take care of yourself first, and listen to your parents advise with respect to your mental health care issues instead of avoiding it. Take your medications on time, and as Scratcho said, take a walk in the woods or in the midst of nature regularly. First heal yourself and become healthy, so as to think clearly and act correctly and properly.
