That was from within the protective shell of his social media platform and the remarks partially insulated from the court (like a little kid yelling insults from his front door).

Imagine what would have happened if he would have been in the courtroom and directly incriminating himself (if he had the courage to actually show up).

 

Judges have become aware of Trump's tactics outside of the courtroom.

It's understandable why Bragg has limited the disclosure of details of the charges against Trump.

Former AG Bill Barr is upset about it, but the courts are faced with having to grapple with Trump's tactics of using court information outside of the court to try to derail the proceedings.

 

Had he showed up in court, he could have ended up losing the rape claim against him also, in addition to losing to the battery and defamation complaints.

 

The way Trump operates, he would try to pay Joe for the Carroll case by illegally funneling money to him from funds that can only be used for his 2024 presidential campaign.

Trump would be willing to use the same underhanded approach to pay his attorneys in the current Bragg criminal case, which was precipitated by Trump underhandedly funneling money to Stormy Daniels through his attorney Cohen.

Trump, his rioters, and Santos are finally having justice served to them.

The GOP should have kicked them out of the party long ago instead of embracing them.

The few in the GOP who called out Trump on his criminal and unethical behavior were censured by the GOP, such as Cheney and Kinzinger. The censure letter written to Cheney and Kinzinger should have been addressed to Trump.

 

I don’t think they are stunned- I think it’s more so “amazed” or “impressed”….
How many more wannabes are we going to see pull stunts like this?
