As a bi woman (hope that it is okay to post), I have three breast preferences (in order):
1. Attitude. A woman with the right attitude can make any boobs (even a mastectomy) super attractive. That attitude usually includes confidence, pride and some love of fun.
2. Real breasts. Silicon is not the same no matter how well it is done. I personally have a real problem with any plastic surgery (unless medically necessary). Often it gets in the way of true self-confidence. Women who embrace themselves...big, small, saggy, mosquito bites, asymmetrical, stretch marks...whatever...are gorgeous.
3. Nipples. This is a much lower priority but to be honest...I love nipples. All kinds, including my own. Especially ones that are fun to play with (ex: puffy or larger than expected areolas). Sensitive without being too sensitive are great. I'm kinda surprised more women (and men) don't enjoy their own nipples more.

 

More into the perky ones, A or B cup.
