Hey, I'm new to pot and just moved to Seattle. I don't know much people here but need to get some pot. Where are the easiest places to get some? How does the deal usually go? Also, tips on being carefull and not getting busted would help. By the way what r prices like in the NW? Thanks

since im the official asshole in the forums ill go ahead and let you know. nobody is gonna be on here and hook you up, nobody is gonna tell you where to get some, the only thing your gonna get out of this thread is a vague price range(if your lucky) and a bunch of ips for not getting busted. no to mention you only have one post so that automatically makes this thread smell like bacon.

Im not looking for a specific hook-up, no one is going to do it. Just want some general info. Even if someone wanted to sell me something, I wouldn't do it over the net.

look for hippies and hoes, go to headshops but never aska nyone who works there, look for customers that look like their cool and then approach them outside the store.

    good advice jointman.

i'll go ahead and give it to you anyway. i say go to a college campus if you are around that age. just ask around, people that look like they smoke. the deal would go somewhat like:

you: "hey man, you know where i can find some bud?"
    other guy: "yeah, maybe...try 306."
    you: "alright man, thanks."
    (go to 306)
    (knock)
you: "hey man, do you have any bud?"
    etc.

if he says yes, cool. just try to act normal and not make the dude paranoid that you're a cop or something. try not to act like a newb. act like you know what you're doing and you'll be less likely to get ripped off. (i don't know prices in the northwest seeing as i'm from ny state.)
if he says no, bummer. just say "sorry man" or some shit and get outta there. he's a college kid so he prolly doesn't care but i would advise not stickin around in case someone does.

and jointman, she just meant that you may not know the best way to go about getting bud since you haven't had any in 45 days. but i guess that would imply that it is your fault. so now i've succeeded in confusing myself.

Porkstock had some good advice for ya, go to the U district and look around for people that look like they might smoke. UW is full of potheads, you might get lucky and make a few new friends. Prices can be decent but it just depends on who you know. Normally 1.8 for 20, 3.5 for 40.
