I just posted this thread/post in the Dutch forum as well.. our bills start from 5 euro and up (the rest is coins) but the idea is the same.. great stuff.. thanks!

 

we have one dollar (loonies) and two dollar (twonies) coins here in canada too. waterproof markers that write on cd's will work on coins. there's room for a short message like: LIVE LOVE

 

just messaged my dollars. hehehehe. i always try to use a bright colored pen...its more fun that way...

So many of our mistakes are made because of our own self-loathing and the belief that we are completely disconnected from everyone and everything around us. I think it would be a beautiful reminder of how interconnected we all are if every now and then you look down and see a message of love in your hands.

 

So far, according to wheresgeorge.com, I have beautified 30 bills worth $234. All have peace signs in the top right corner, and some message written on it. I've been trying not to repeat them too much
