my meditation session

    Ok, so I know that the goal of meditation is to focus on one thing and then feel at one with everything around me and you can achieve this at the beginning (as I often do) by just focusing on your breathing and if I lost my concentration I often visualize myself with a crown atop my head. It's a tip I got from a meditation handbook, but after I slip away and it feels like my body is numb ya' know, like when I seperate my body and mind, I start to ponder on things. I ask myself very deep questions like what is the orgin of everything, what is the atom of all matter's existence, what is the unlitmate reduction of all things in the universe (including atoms) that can not be reduced down any more, what is infinity, etc.Is this still technically meditation because I still feel verya t peace with everything, but whether it's technically meditation or not it still feels cool.

    Technically I don't think that's meditation. That is more like contemplation and reflection, although most secularists may call it meditation.

    I usually just watch the mind thinking; there's a separation of consciousness. But they say that the Watcher can't be watched - you'll notice your Witness and try to witness it... and on and on the regression goes. So I try not to even go that far.
