    Trump also essentially wants Pelosi (who isn't in charge of police and security) investigated for supposedly refusing to accept an unsubstantiated offer by Trump to have 10,000 troops protect the Capitol from the riot incited by Trump who did nothing for hours to stop it and never activated the National Guard (although in a highly edited video the day after the riot lied that he activated it immediately).
