From my experience it seems to be more of a big deal to the guys than the girls. By the time I get to the point where I'm touching his penis I really don't care if he's cut or uncut. I suppose given my age / demographic I've seen more cut than uncut, but that's just my experience and am sure it's very different for everyone. There are far more important aspects to a guy (and his penis) than foreskin for me.
I’m not circumcised and it hasn’t affected me much. The only thing I have realized is that it helps with masturbation. I like to rub my foreskin against the head of my penis and I don’t need lube.
I’m uncut. It’s great for masturbation as I don’t need any lube. I like my foreskin pulled back during sex or when I’m having my cock played with though. Way more sensitive. I like the look of it when pulled back but wouldn’t want to lose my foreskin.
Whoever meets a woman who "hates" foreskin, is like meeting a guy who hates vagina. If you're someone to dispises sexual organs, it's either from ignorance, or sexual inexperience. If a woman expected a male to have had their genitals mutilated, I kindly remind all woman that their pussies look like roast beef sandwiches and to take their own advise. If people pretend that men can't have an opinion on abortion, woman shouldn't have any say on what parts of a child is being butcherd against their will. Circumcision is not only unethical, its unnecessary not to mention robs a male of their sexual anatomy, which, if I'm not mistaken, is regarded as sexual assault in most civilized places if someone were to ever consider to do such a thing to a woman. So how about we all practice equality and treat males the same way we treat females. Protecting them from harm, not inflicting it. It has NOTHING to do with anything but the insecurity of the father. That's it. Your childs sexual organs, aren't YOURS to violate. So leave them the way nature intended. It's there for a reason, its not accessory, its not there for woman, its there to protect the glans, its there to protect the child, its there to aid sex. It's not your body, not your choice.
I'll never understand it. It's just something that was done to nearly every newborn boy in the US after 1950 - why? Because everyone was doing it.. I had never even seen a foreskin or knew what it was really for until I was probably 35.... Thank God that is finally changing - helped by the insurance industry that does not cover it routinely as it had before.
It was a deeply held religious practice that made its way into anti sex movements in the early 1900s. Look into how Kelloggs started the practice. They encouraged both male and female circumcision as a way to stop masturbation.
I had my son circumcised. I wanted to have a cock that was easy to clean, and if he was like me a dog screwing multiple gals in one day. Easier to maintain and less likely to catch HIV WHO and UNAIDS announce recommendations from expert consultation on male circumcision for HIV prevention
I regret having my kid cut. Plus they did a shitty job with the mid shaft scar and all, but, shit, we didn't know. Everybody did it....routine. It's like saying, you might have a hangnail someday, so let's cut the end of your finger off as a precaution. But, it's a touchy topic, I'll drop it..
Yeah it’s contentious. My doc did an awesome job on mine, so maybe that’s where it’s starts. But yeah it’s is touchy subject
Didn't do such a great job on mine.... I have a pile of brothers, one asked after few a beers once 'did mom do our cocks with a kitchen knife or what?"..... whoa brother....
I remember when I was a kid it was a little weird seeing a boy who was circumcised. It's all different in different parts of the world.
I grew up Catholic in the 70s and was cut but kind of lose. My best friend growing up was not cut. I also grew up nudist so seen a lot young and old. Its a big mix but I see a trend in kids not being cut. Growing up we had a few boys who joined us in sleep over circle jerks. Uncut was much better in so many ways. Watching the forskin was hot. Stroking them was so much easier. They claimed it was much more sensitive. The only negative was if they did not bath and clean well during oral it can be nasty but if clean like my friends it was no different from cut. Way tooo many cut guys regret it and try everything to grow it out! Glad you left him natural!
Speaking as a member of the "cut" camp, I have to wonder: how can you miss something that you don't remember ever having? Personally, I don't regret being circumcised at all. I've always that foreskins look kind of grotesque. JMHO.
It’s not that you “miss” it, it’s that you never had an opportunity to experience it. It’s the fact that it was part of your body, and someone else decided that you weren’t entitled to it, or even entitled to be part of the decision making process. Most of the guys who are upset about it are upset because it was a violation of their bodily autonomy. The idea is, it should be up to the owner of the penis to decide whether it should be cut (a permanent decision) or not. Consider that if you were left uncut and were upset about it, then there is a solution available to you. But if you were cut and are upset about it, you’re basically fu-ked!
It has been proven completely unnecessary and sole purpose was for religion to control sexual urges. By the way most only see this as a male problem but the UN and countless others have now declared women in Africa being cut is "barbaric and cruel"! Yet males all over the world are still being cut! Those that had it done later in life (teens and adults) have mostly reported at first over stimulation and then a great decrease. A few even report the inability to orgasm! I personally require much more stimulation than most uncut. Yes I know this first handedly (no pun intended)
Growing it out works, I'm a living example. Takes commitment and time. However, wow, what a difference. I've already got my speech planned when it's time for grandchildren, however many aren't cut at birth anymore - not just by common sense, but that routine infantile circumcision is not a covered procedure for insurance. The adage "oh, we don't want him to be different" just doesn't fly now. I have four brothers, we were all cut, my dad was not...so, why did they decide to do all of us? Simply just because it was the thing to do, everybody did it since it was "better". Funny, it came up in conversation with my older brother, I think we were joking about doctors visits and he said "Jesus, did mom do these circumcisions herself? It's like someone used a steak knife..." The crazy scars and scar tissue some have...yeah, that's better.
I like my foreskin. My knob is always wet, glossy purple, and sensitive. I've seen uncut cocks that look dry and lifeless, but of course don't know how it feels. I get turned on during sex then pull the skin right back to stretch the knob and that puts me into overdrive in fact it's almost too sensitive. It's clean, washed every day, and to be honest I've smelt some really foul vaginas in my time so women are far from saintly. If it's personal preference, fine, we all have our own ideas about things but I prefer uncut and in porn it's always great to watch a girl pull a skin back. Always great to watch a girl pull mine back, too.
I was cut twice - as a baby, of course - as that was common practice back then. However, my mother was obsessed over what she considered to be a cleanliness issue, and she did think I had too much skin. I remember taking a bath and she would repeatedly say "push yourself back and wash there". At some point after I was in school, pretty young still but definitely old enough to know what was going on - I had to go to the hospital to have my tonsils removed - funny thing happened, after surgery my throat was not sore but my penis sure was... plus, the promised all the ice cream I could stand was not fulfilled. In retrospect I think this borders child abuse - for not telling me and for doing it - I laid on the couch when I got home not wanting to move much, and my aunt brought me "fanny farmer lollipops". I had to soak in the tub and I remember picking at the threads that began to break up as I was healing. The circumcised area has always remained a bit puffy and scared almost 60 years later, and I gotta wonder if I lost a lot of sensitivity in that area - that I will never know existed. I don't think about it too often, but when I read some of the comments here, I had to share my experience as a young boy.
