    This morning the air is crisp and clear, the birds are singing in the trees, parrots squawking actually !!! But it's all good!

    I am grateful for almost everything, including the exchange rate today - $1 US Dollar gets you about 20.95 Mexican pesos!

    The cat returned last evening for dinner. He liked the leftover fried fish and licked his lips and his fur for about a half hour afterwards while purring. I have put up a ladder for him to get down into our yard, and leave easily when he wants to visit.

    The parrots squawking lmao there was a bunch of beatific parrots flying around the the black crows were cashing them, I was looking up and yelling run run laughing cause I thought , why am I yelling run when they flying …the colorful parrots were all tagged so I think I they were not familiar with being in the wild /natural habitant

    yesterday it rained in patches today looks beautiful still covered in clouds it’s early

    Quite the day on the coast for @wyldwynd - I don't see the big birds going after the parrots here... and there are plenty of Peregrine Falcons, Cara Caras, Hawks, VULTURES, and a vast plethora of small songbirds.

    We are blessed with birds.

    I did the Great Backyard Bird Count a couple of times, but have never seen as many as I do here.

    It was a particular incident and all these birds Musta broke free from somewhere they were all tagged very exotic birds .. while everyone was having coffee they just heard the squawking so we look up and all these colorful birds were being chased ..it was like a quite the scene..did they escape as we watched them fly to freedom .. yes I love birds as well usually don’t see them being chased like that …

    My hope is they flew off to safety somewhere!

    Behind my house are some tall palm trees they have been nesting in. It's a LARGE community and they are always adding to these HUGE nests in the trees... I was expecting it all to come down in the last storm, but it ride through 80 mile an hour winds nicely... but what a ride it must have been.
